The Program is a subscription-based service designed to provide clients with annual maintenance support. For a fixed annual fee, the Program includes:

• 10% discount on eligible handyman and maintenance services
  
• Priority booking and scheduling
• Seasonal maintenance reminders and service suggestions

• Available to residential and commercial clients within the Sydney metropolitan region.
• Properties outside this area may incur additional travel or service fees.
• Each membership covers one nominated property. Additional properties require separate enrolments.

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of full payment.
• Renewal is not automatic — you will be contacted prior to expiry.
• Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• The 10% discount applies only to labour and services provided directly by Dad Will Fix It.
• Discounts do not apply to third-party services, materials, or subcontractor costs unless stated.
• Priority booking means we’ll endeavour to schedule your job in the earliest available slot, subject to availability and urgency.

• Emergency or after-hours services may not be included.
• The Program does not cover the cost of materials, parts, or new installations unless separately quoted.
• The Program is not an insurance or warranty product.

• Provide reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
• Notify us of any hazardous conditions or access issues.
• Missed or unattended appointments may incur rescheduling fees.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership if:

• You breach these Terms;
• You engage in abusive or inappropriate conduct;
• Payment is dishonoured or reversed.

• Except as required by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of the Program or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be emailed or published on our website and will take effect upon renewal of your membership.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of New South Wales.
